4K Solutions was selected by the US Army to design, install and train US Army Emergency Services personnel on WAVE Unified Communications software (a product of Motorola Solutions, Inc).
The use of WAVE will enable the Emergency Services staff to provide enhanced interoperability with on-Post EMS, Fire, Military Police, and off-post mutual aid Emergency Services Partners when deploying their Emergency Services Command Post.
4K Professional Services installed the WAVE Management Server, WAVE Gateway, WAVE Desktop and Dispatch Communicator hardware and software. To provide smart phone access access from any where in the world, 4K installed the WAVE Server Services to support WAVE Mobile Communicator.
4K completed the installation by providing comprehensive and hands-on WAVE Class for the Army Emergency Services Personnel.
