4K Solutions was approached by our DoD customer who needed a simple commercial off the shelf (COTS) uninterruptible power supply (UPS) solution to support their micro-vsat systems.
4K quickly made a custom power cable for the micro-vsat to Sherpa 100 and the customer ran good metric testing. The Sherpa 100 provided enough power to support short term limited power surges and outages.
