4K Solutions®, has received a large contract for our Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Kits to support the National Guard Bureau (NGB’s) Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC) rapidly deployable LMR Base Station requirements.
The 4K Solutions® Land Mobile Radio Kit will be integrated with the Motorola Solutions, Inc’s APX™ 8500 All-Band P25 Mobile Radio and powered by LifePo4 battery banks. The LMR Rado Kits are use today to support first responders, SWAT Teams, Police and Sheriff Departments, Fire Departments, Emergency Managers, Incident Commanders, Hospital Evacuations, US Army Sustainment, Convoy and Port Operations and a myriad of other missions.
The APX™ 8500 all-band mobile radio enables first responders to use a single mobile radio to exchange critical voice and data communications seamlessly with multiple agencies and jurisdictions operating on different radio bands. It combines unlimited interoperability, secure Wi-Fi® connectivity and purpose-built design enabling ease of installation and removal.

The Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Deployment Kit has an innovative lift, swivel and lock radio mount system to allow for the radio to be securely stored during transport. The Motorola Speaker is integrated into the lid to allow for loud and clear communications. The antenna and accessories are stored in the 4K Solutions® Pel-Pak™ kit bag which is provided and can be attached to the exterior lid of the kit.
Providing rapidly deployable high powered Land Mobile Radio (LMR) capabilities to our National Guard customer is mission enhancing for both their State and Federal Defense Support for Civil Authorities (DCSA) missions.
