4K Solutions®, has been awarded a large US Army contract to provide a private 5G mobile network system to support the customer’s ability to create their own 5G Core network. The private 5G network will enable the Army to better understand 5G carrier networks and provide a 5G “sand box” that will allow our customer to evaluate hardware and software vendors products and solutions.
The 5G Private Network is a Tier 1 carrier grade, high power, outdoor 5G SA network for deployment in a cyber testing laboratory and a portable system to allow flexibility across their range complexes. 5G SA is a complex technology and capable of defining and deploying networks that meet the Army’s needs.
